Well all those years of piano lessons are finally paying off, but not for me. Jordan has his first official "job" as a piano teacher. My friend called me a while ago asking me if I had time to teach her son how to play piano. LOL. I don't have any extra time, but Jordan does. And so he is now an official piano teacher. They were so cute today. Jordan seemed to really like it. I hope Ezekiel likes it too! Good job, Jordan!

Hey Angela,
Question, we are wanting to put Abby in piano lessons but don't know if she is to young....what age did you start them? Her teacher at Gymboree teaches 5 yr olds and they only offer group lessons, not sure what I should do? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Hi Julie,
Around kindergarten is usually the best time to start "real" lessons, but if you have a keyboard or piano and want Abby to start sooner, there are things you can do with her now. Just go to any music store and there are lots of different books to choose from for preschool-age kids. They are very simple and you could go over them with her, even if you don't have any piano experience. Hope that helped! ~Angela
Thanks Angela
I will give it a try, I don't know how good she will do with me teaching her but I will give it a try. =)
